Every pie starts with dough we make by hand every day, our house-made tomato sauce and an SLO-style seasoned crust. Sizes run from a 10" personal pie to a 28" King that feeds a crowd. You'll find us in two downtown kitchens: 729 12th Street in Paso Robles (where Marv's used to be) and 891 Higuera Street in San Luis Obispo, close to Cal Poly.

It's Not a Calzone. It's the Ajarski.
Our signature Ajarski is a warm, boat-shaped bread filled with melted mozzarella and egg, finished with a slice of butter. Order it Original, on our SLO-style crust with feta, American Style, or Mexicano with chorizo and jalapenos. It's a Georgian-inspired classic, baked fresh to order.

Good to Know Before You Order
Are you open late?
Yes. Our Paso Robles kitchen is open from 11 AM to midnight, and until 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Our San Luis Obispo kitchen is open from 11 AM to 12:15 AM, and until 2:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Order delivery or pickup from either kitchen right here on our website. Ordering direct earns you rewards points and supports a local restaurant.
